SBT Message Master lets you simultaneously email, fax and print the same report. You can email and/or fax a report to an unlimited number of recipients simultaneously, and binary files such as spreadsheets and word processing documents can be attached to emails.

• Message Master integrates seamlessly into SBT. The standard VisionPoint printer prompt is replaced with our special integrated function version.
• Message Master automatically fills in fax or email recipients based upon the SBT document being printed. Recipient information is drawn directly from the SBT master tables. A document can be sent to an unlimited number of recipients simultaneously.
• Each recipient can have a custom cover page note or binary attachment specified.
• Broadcasts of custom messages and announcements can be done to a range of SBT Customers or Vendors using our special Mass Faxing/Emailing screen.

• Message Master Plus adds report exporting to VisionPoint. This feature allows the user to export any VisionPoint report to 16 different file formats - the complete list is below:

• Message Master Plus also adds true report text display to VisionPoint. Users now have the choice of using the standard SBT graphical display or our own text-based one. Our report text displays appear in their own independent application windows, allowing multiple report display windows to be on-screen simultaneously (as shown above). Text searches and exporting can be done directly from the display windows.
• Message Master Plus allows any SBT documents (invoices, sales orders, etc.) to be previewed on-screen before printing. The user has the option of canceling printing after the preview, with the document's 'not printed' flag setting properly preserved.
• Provides Foxpro for Windows graphical forms for SBT Sales Orders, Invoices, Customer Statements, Purchase Orders and Packing Slips.
