RETURN PARTS POLICY 1. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. If customer does not have the invoice then return is non-returnable or it is subject to at least a 20% (twenty percent) re-stocking charge. 2. Freight charges are not
returnable for
special ordered parts or software. 3.
All
returns that are purchased from Sun
Valley Computer inventory and
returned within
15 days and in original (unopened,
unused
& resalable) condition, and with
a copy of
the Invoice and are
credited 100%.
Customer pays all shipping/freight costs. 4.
All
special order parts or software returned to Sun
Valley Computer within 15 days and in "resalable"
condition (Must be in original container with all components included and in
original condition) and with invoice are only subject to any special order
freight charges or other charges, charged to Sun
Valley Computer by the distributor or
manufacturer. Credit will be issued when credit is received by Sun
Valley Computer from its
supplier. 5.
Any
parts returned after the 15 day limit, without invoice or in non-resalable
condition, if accepted by Sun
Valley Computer is liable for a restocking charge, determined
by how much freight is involved and how much the supplier charges
Sun
Valley Computer to
return the parts. Credit will be issued when credit is received by Sun
Valley Computer from
its supplier. 6.
Any
parts that are returned by a customer that have been opened or used for any
reason are subject to a negotiated credit amount, if return is accepted by
Sun
Valley Computer.
7. Any Software that has been shipped is non-returnable and non-refundable or is
subject to a negotiated credit amount, if return is accepted by
Sun
Valley Computer. 8.
This policy prevails on all orders
unless some other policy is agreed to in writing in advance of the order. 9.
All credits will be issued as a credit only and may be used to purchase
other products. 10.
All Credit Card purchases will only receive store credit after the credit
card company notifies Sun
Valley Computer that
original purchase has been accepted. Also any returns must meet requirements
or policies
listed above. 11. All products ordered from Sun Valley Computer store is subject to the return and warranty policies as stated on the store pages. Original Dated
