Warranty
Statement HARDWARE WARRANTY
STATEMENT: Sun
Valley Computer will repair or replace (Labor only) On-site or In-House (at our discretion) any
failed hardware components or equipment because of manufacturers defects for a period
of 90 days beginning on the date of the sales invoice. All defective
parts/hardware are covered/replaced by the manufacturers
SOFTWARE WARRANTY
STATEMENT: Sun
Valley Computer warranty on NEW commercial software packages consist of the
manufacturers warranty statement. If
the customer is dissatisfied and returns the product then when
credit is received back from the manufacturer, Sun Valley Computer will
reimburse the amount the manufacturers allow, minus any restocking fee and/or shipping
expenses. CUSTOM PROGRAMMING
WARRANTY: Sun
Valley Computer guarantees that, within the scope of reality, Sun Valley
Computer programmers
will do their best to provide custom programs that fully meet the customer’s
specifications. Any changes in
design or functionality of the program’s development will cause delays in it’s completion and more hours to be billed in the process. In
the case of program rebuilds, E.g.: dBase to Foxpro, dBase clone languages to
new Foxpro, rewrite of Foxpro programs etc. Sun Valley Computer works only by the hour and
does not promise any time-limits or warranties. In
custom programming, the customer should recognize that the end-user is the
final tester. Sun Valley Computer programmers will write and beta test all programs
developed, but the final test is from the customer. Any errors that need to be fixed, changes to be made or
debugging to do will take additional hours at the customer’s expense.

Valley Computer will not be held responsible for any component failures or
breakage due to any of the following: Acts
of God, unauthorized tampering with any of the equipment listed on our invoice
or misuse of any of the listed items. Sun
Valley Computer further disavows itself of any responsibility for data or software
loss due to a warranty situation. It
is always held that it is the responsibility of the customer to make and keep
viable back-ups of all critical data on a regular basis. Sun
Valley Computer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of software or
hardware. Under no circumstances shall Sun Valley Computer be liable
for any form of loss or damage of any type, whether direct or indirect,
including loss of data, profits and/or savings arising from the use of
programs provided or hardware failure.
